The flag was for LCDR. O'brien who was the XO, LT Almryde the photo/nav and myself, John Dudek AQB2 , crewman/nav.
My talented wife sewed the flag and the patch was designed by PH1 Fred Flitter.
The A stands for Almryde, O for O'brien, D for Dudek.
